Gift Certificates

Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers are non-fundable and non-transferable.

• Gift certificates for home based (e.g. equine or horse & rider physiotherapy) consultations are location dependent, location of these services will be specified on the gift certificate and are not transferrable to another location.

• For rider physiotherapy, consultations may be redeemed in clinic at our ÉRA Physiotherapy clinic in Bayswater, eastern suburbs of Melbourne or via telehealth. Alternatively consultations may be offered at your home / agistment if your location is within our current travel area. Additional travel fees may apply and travel areas serviced are subject to change.

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed via telehealth.

• All gift certificates have a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase.

• You can not use your private health insurance when you purchase a gift certificate. Once the certificate has been redeemed, an invoice can be issued and the person receiving the treatment may claim from their health fund should they wish to do so.

• Therapist availability varies and is not guaranteed on any specific date / time nor in any specific location.
